Frequently asked questions
Do you take Private Health?
Absolutely! At Invision we are registered with all Australian Private Health Providers. We can process the rebate instantly with our Hicaps Machines on site.
How often should I get a treatment?
Individual preference vary widely based on pain levels, physical and emotion needs and budget. Regular treatments, scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly offer significant benefits. Remember: Your treatment experience revolves around YOU!
Can I purchase Gift Cards?
Yes!
For any nominated amount and available for pick up from both clinics, via email or posted upon ordering.
Why do I feel emotional after my treatment?
Treatment can remove a Band-aid that may be covering up emotional baggage.
Acknowledge those emotions and nurture yourself.
Trust the process.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if this is the case. We are more than happy to talk you though the process.
Can you treat children?
We are certified to work with Children of all ages. However we are qualified to work with children from minimum age of 5 to 17 years old with parental supervision.
I'm Sick! Should I keep my appointment?
It is strongly advised NOT to receive treatment whilst ill. Doing so not only poses a risk of transferring your illness to the therapist but also increases the likelihood that the treatment could exacerbate the symptoms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have eftpos machines at both locations, equipped with instant Private Health Rebates. Cash is always appreciated but only if it's the right amount as we do not carry change.
(Mastercard, Visa, Amex and American Express accepted)
My family member needs a massage but doesn't feel comfortable with their body...
All judgement is left at the door of the treatment room. We celebrate and support individuals of all shapes, sizes and conditions. We understand that feeling comfortable can be challenging, but we are dedicated to creating a stress-free environment for everyone.
What if I scheduled one type of treatment but decide to change on the day?
No worries at all! We prioritise your needs in the moment. There is no pressure regarding your original service booking; the time is entirely yours for whatever you require.
Do you take NDIS?
NDIS can be tricky and complicated. Currently, NDIS do not recognise Qualified Massage Therapists as a required treatment for disability sufferers. Although, in saying this if you have a Self Managed NDIS Plan there is a loophole in which they can compensate.
I am desperate for an appointment but can't seem to find one on the online booking system. HELP!
Firstly, if it is an emergency please call 000. Otherwise, please don't hesitate to message us. We allocate a couple of "Emergency times" available each week for such an occasion.
Happy endings?
The most satisfying outcome you will experience at our clinic is a significant reduction in pain after your treatment. Regarding other types of "Happy Endings," we encourage you to seek further information elsewhere.
